When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders placed after noon EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST on Friday will ship out Monday.
Each garment is produced in house and goes through a creative process one by one. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the crewnecks, zip ups and any custom garments to be blessed to perfection. We will be working as fast as we can to expedite this process.

My package was undelivered/ stolen. Now what?
In the event that your order delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address, we are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or miss-delivered.
Can I Make A Return or Exchange?
We will accept returns within 7 days of shipment for a full refund or store credit as long as the items are returned in the same condition they were received in and follow the applicable conditions listed in our guidelines:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. For Tops and Dresses, please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
In order to submit a return, please email create@tallerderafa.com with your order number and item you would like to return. A pre paid postage will be sent via email. Shipping is not complementary- total of postage will be deducted from the refund total.
What will be the refund method for my return?
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless store credit has been requested.
- Any store credit used in full or partial method of payment will always refund back as store credit.
- Gift cards or gift certificates will be refunded back to the original gift card/gift certificate.
When will I be refunded?
Returns take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
I Ordered the Wrong item, Can You Change My Order Before It Ships?
All requests must be placed within 3 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email create@tallerderafa.com with your order number and request.
I Placed An Order But I Have Not Received Any Email Confirmation?
If you have not received an email after 1 hour of placing your order, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us at create@tallerderafa.com with your order number and last name and we will resend your confirmation email.
When Are New Products Added To The Site?
Most of our products do not have set release dates. Please follow us on instagram @tallerderafa to receive alerts each time we add new products.
Do You Restock Your Inventory?
On occasions we will restock some of our products. Please make sure to follow us on instagram @tallerderafa to receive alerts each time we restock an item.
I Added A Product To My Cart But Now It Says Sold Out?
All products on our site are sold on a first come, first serve basis. While you were in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
